Our company has been established in 2005 for manufacturing and introducing systems that generate renewable energy.
The first renewable energy generating equipment that we intend to establish production plant for in Hungary is the solar panel 
(PV module) that is why we are looking for investor partners. The name of the new factory and the company will be:
PV ENERGY LTD.

The factory will have 33 MW capacity/year in three shifts and will employ 54 workers. The production line installed will be unique all over the world for we intend to buy the most up-to-date automatic machines. The total production capacity is covered by purchase orders till the end of 2007 and 100% of the products will be sold on export markets. The annual turnover will reach ? XX,000,000 within two years meanwhile the expected annual pre-tax profit will reach ? XX,000,000. The necessary investment for realisation of this project is ? X,000,000 so we are looking for investor investing this amount. In exchange for this, we offer 30% share in ownership of the company. Our company is ready to buy back this share within 5 years for ? X,000,000.
