The 25 ha land of Zalaszanto Green Club Homepark and Holiday Resort located in West-Hungary (Dunantul), in Zala county, 13 km from Heviz northward, 200 km from Budapest, 180 km from Vienna, in a peaceful valley of the Keszthely mountains.

The homepark project situated nearby Heviz, encompassed by forest-clad, gentle mountains, in a picturesque place. That location has matchless value, by reason of protected primitive trees, almost untouched natural environment and verified, specially clear air.

The region and its sorroundings situated nearby Lake Balaton and Heviz (world-famous thermal spa), therefore it is the most frequently visited area of Hungary by the tourists. Actual stage of the property development: The road-, water- and sewer systems are completed on the area of the first 2 development phases, the sewage-water pumping plant that able to serve the whole area, and installation of the gas public utility has been finished in the whole area. Arrangements of the electrization are in process. There are drains on 50 % of the area. Public supply main joints are within the area. Public utility development paid out.
