We offer you a special estate near capital of Hungary.
It (a 627 square meters big mansion) was fully renovated between 1994-1996 and partly renovated in summer of 2008. The buliding was connected to a famous castle, where the manager of the castle lived.

The mansion's current position: it can be found in one of the silent streets of the city centre, five minutes from the highway. During the renovation process everything was rebuilt except the headwalls. The renovation included everything from the windows to the marble floor. The mansion has an arched wine cellar also, which has been made as a special space for the famous wines coming from Tokaj. It's enough space for two pieces of 1200 litre metal containers and barrels.

In autumn of 1996 this high standard, two storied villa with two cellars and around 600 m2 usable groundspace was ready. Furthermore, it was partly renovated in 2008 also.
